Hello everyone! This week's agenda could be described in one word: VAPPU!

Hopefully, you all enjoyed the Start of Vappu party yesterday despite the weather!

Office hours

We won't have any office hours this week due to the celebrations and different events. Here are some events that we think might be interesting for you:

1. ESN LooseTuesday - Tuesday 8pm, at Dynamo

2. Vappu with ESN - join the event and check it out carefully - we collected all the important information about this week in one place

  • ESN Loose(Tues)day

Tuesday 8th at Dynamo!

Loose(Tues)day is organized by the ESN Turku sections for the last Tuesday of every month during the academic semesters. This time will be in Dynamo (Linnankatu, 7).

If you like to sing, play an instrument, or do stand up comedy then join us as this is the perfect event for you! We will make a preliminary schedule of performers but whenever there is some spare time between performances we will have an open mic so that anyone can run up and perform!

So, if you already know that you are interested to go up to the stage and show your talent, please let us know by sending us an e-mail at esnuniturkuboard[at]lists.utu.fi!

As mentioned it's also okay to go up on stage without letting us know beforehand, just as long as there is time after the scheduled performers! And of course, an audience is needed too - so if you won't be up on the stage yourself come and cheer on your friends!

Be there early to see all the performers!

  • Vappu with ESN - Check the event!

This is a summary of what's waiting for you:

30/4. Thursday (Vappu-aatto)

12:00 - Traditional Vappu Ball at Educarium/Publicum. ESN, like all other student organizations, will be serving punch for the fastest ones. Bring your own cup!

17:30 - 18:00 'Lakitus', official program of Student Union. Taidemuseonmäki (Art Museum Hill). Go to center, you'll find the place, but don't be late. You don't want to miss this!!! 

18:00 - 18:30 From the Art Museum, all students proceed to Lilja statue by Aura river, and stay by the river to enjoy!
